Spanish Cooking Classes in Barcelona

 

Now I wouldn't say that I am the best cook, but I definitely enjoy cooking. I am one of those strange people that find it rather relaxing, providing it isn't for too many people. I like trailing through my cook books for inspiration and finding a recipe that I haven't tried yet. So that said, I have been lucky as of late, attending cooking classes here in Barcelona. I have been to two classes so far, Cook and Taste and Barcelona Cooking. Both offered informative and fun classes and I have most certainly perfected my paella. Other dishes included a pumpkin soup, traditional crema catalana and spicy patatas bravas. Although I have learnt many dishes from my mother-in-law, it was great to take Spanish cooking lessons, meet new people and have a glass of wine or two. The best part of course was the eating!
